To participate in the program, you acknowledge and agree that passing results in the compliance test report do not represent any type of Quality Assurance seal from Intertek, or any guarantee that the applications tested constitute problem free software. Although Intertek warranties its best efforts to perform its services accurately, no liability of any kind is incurred by Intertek for Vendor applications that do not pass or that are not ultimately utilized by Verizon Wireless. Intertek has no control over whether Verizon Wireless will approve any product for the application catalog. Verizon Wireless has reserved the right to refuse participation by any Vendor in the use of any trademark, licensing or compliance program regardless of the test results determined by Intertek.

You acknowledge and agree that the test results will be forwarded to Verizon Wireless, and/or its authorized agents or representatives.

Your participation in the program shall constitute an agreement with, and acceptance of, these terms.
